Our fully licensed function centre has a seating capacity for 200 guests with open fire in winter, air-conditioning in summer and the best views in Bathurst form the large panoramic timber deck with views across Bathurst and the Macquarie Valley.

We have adjoining function rooms so if you wish your guest can have drinks, finger food and light music in one.
Then when you are ready, say after having your photos taken in our parkland setting your guest can be seated for dinner in the next room.
Alternatively you the spacious deck is a more relaxed setting in warmer times of the year.

Our historic goldfields village provides a unique setting with almost unlimited photo opportunities.

We can tailor your wedding to suit your ideas, themes, the number of guest, and your budget.

Our food is fantastic! Our chef will create menus that are exactly what you would like to serve your guests.
Be it casual of formal we have the expertise and the people to make your wedding day very special.

And we will help you to organise every detail from photographers to florists, entertainment and decorations.

We have Bathurst’s newest motel right on site at the Goldfields.
You, your family and your guests can stay on site or use the motel for preparation, and dressing before the wedding.

There is plenty of easy guest parking at the motel and at the function centre.
